How do I find the right size to order?

The table below shows the length and chest size of our products along with an average age group of kids it would fit well. However, for a more accurate estimate of which size to order, you can also look at our size chart and then compare with your own measurement. You can take the chest measurements and the length your kid would normally like to wear Make sure you keep measuring tape loose and at a comfortable level. For any questions further help on sizes, you can call or write to us as well.

What are the washing instructions to maintain the longevity of the product?

We try our best to give you the most long lasting products. However, as with any other cotton products, our products may also shrink a bit, on repeated washing which is normal. For best results please follow our washing instructions as following:

• Turn the garment inside out before washing in the washing machine
• Machine wash in COLD water, it helps colors last longer. (Hand wash recommended without rubbing on the print.)
• Use a mild detergent for best results.
• Do not use bleach.
• Remove the garment promptly from the washer. The color may bleed if left in the washer.
• Dry on LOW temperature.
• Do not iron on the Print.

No Return Items

Custom-printed goods are not eligible for returns. These items are specially made for you and because of this limitation; we’re unable to accept returns.

We always want to make sure that our customers are happy with what they have bought. Therefore, we check the entire process of production several times to guarantee quality. Although we cannot accept returns on Custom printed product, we would still like to hear from you about your concerns and help in any way possible, therefore, please contact our team with your concerns.

How much wills the shipping cost?

Shipping cost depends on various factors. To find out about it please select a product then add to cart and proceed to checkout. Now just enter a shipping address to find out about the cost. Further, if you wish to determine the shipping cost for a subsequent item, please to that add a product to the cart accordingly.
Please note that for international shipping there could be customs and additional fees applied which will be displayed during the checkout process before the final order is placed.

When will my order arrive?

Non-Custom made orders

Local orders will be delivered in 3 days from the date of order and international order will take 1 to 3 weeks depending on the shipping address. We will provide you with the order tracking details in the invoice.

Custom Made order

Local orders will be delivered between 3-5 days from the date of order, depending on the item ordered and International orders will be delivered between 2-5 weeks depending upon the shipping address and the time required to make the custom order.

How can I cancel my order?

If you decide to cancel your order then just empty the cart before proceeding towards shipping or payment gateway.

In case you have changed your mind after completing your payment process then please contact us immediately to cancel. Please note that we only respond in our working hours between 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday (Singapore time). In case it has been already shipped then we are sorry it cannot be canceled.
