Art Journals

This workshop will help enhance creative thinking abilities by enabling kids to think through:

• A large number of ideas to bring fluency in their creative thinking,
• Ideas that allow for a variety of possibilities to develop flexibility in their creative thinking,
• Unique and/or unusual ideas to develop originality in their creative thinking,
• Details and enrichment to develop elaboration in their creative thinking.
• Technique to use diverse mixed recyclable material.

All exercises will be based on the topic given in each session. Kids will research the material and develop the story by creating art journals.

Kids will participate in the following activities:

1. Introduction various methods.
2. Research on the Material
3. Brainstorming round table discussion with peers
4. Develop story & design around the art journal of the day

By the end of the session, kids will be able to design a visual diary and learned various techniques to develop the habit of art journalism for self-exploration.
